Fixed - The assigned service provider will be issued payment for the full ‘fixed’ amount set on the work order. You are able to set “Approximate hours to complete” so that technicians understand about how much time is required, however the amount of time logged does not affect the pay rate.
Hourly - The assigned service provider will be issued payment based on the total number of hours logged and the hourly rate set on the work order. Note, the first hour worked is always paid as a minimum.
Per Device - The assigned service provider will be issued payment based on the number of devices serviced and the rate per device set on the work order.
Blended - The assigned service provider will be issued payment based on a blended rate of ‘fixed’ and ‘hourly’. It allows for setting a fixed amount of pay for a set amount of hours as well as an hourly rate for any additional hours logged. For example, if you want to pay $100 for a job that should take 2 hours, but want to cover additional hours needed at $30/hr up to an additional 2 hours, that would total max possible payment of $160 if 4 hours were worked. Note that if the technician spent less then 2 hours onsite they will be issued the full flat rate of $100 as defined in the initial flat rate terms
