The Status defines which stage your Work Order is in. The lifecycle runs from initial draft, published/ routed, assigned, completed, approved)

Draft

A draft work order is not visible to providers. It is in the process of still being created but has not yet been published to the platform

Available

These are Work Orders now available for service providers to see in the Marketplace. They will be able to view the basic work order details and apply for work orders that they are interested

Routed

A routed work order is only visible to the provider that it was routed to. If a work order is routed to several providers, the first provider to accept the work order will be assigned.

Assigned

A provider has been assigned to the work order. This happens once a provider accepts a routed work order or once a requesting provider has been selected.

InProgress

This is the general status for all WorkOrders currently being run. The provider has either indicated that they are enroute to the job site or checked in and actively working onsite.

Completed

The provider has marked that the work has been completed. You can now review the deliverables, time logged, and other components of the work order to ensure that the work has been fully completed to your satisfaction. If so, you can approve the work order for payment.

Closed

The work order has been approved and submitted for payment. The service provider is either scheduled for payment or has already received payment. This is the final status of a Work Order as it implies that all work requested was completed, approved, and paid.
