For privacy reasons, background checks must be ordered directly from the specific user's profile that the check will be run on.

Therefore, if you are operating as a vendor company on TekITCon, and you'd like to add a background check to one of your employee's TekITCon profiles, that user must log in and order the check directly from their account.
